How it works?
We begin by gathering all of your personal info, needed in order to build and customize a plan:
- workout history
- photos check-up (front, side and back)
- dietary habits
- injuries history
- current goals
Once I’ll get all the info I need, I will customize a plan, tailored as I think would work best for you. We discuss the plan and as we’re sure we’re on the right starting point, we get to work!
If you’re in the coaching program, the progress is tracked weekly via a mandatory check-in mail. I use a combination of scale weight, pictures, food logs, and subjective feedback (your general feeling, energy and hunger levels) to gauge how effectively the plan is working. Then we make changes in a nutrition plan or workout wise, to ensure continued progress at a rapid pace.
Contest-prep clients with 16 weeks or less to show date, check in twice week in order to keep closer tabs on how their prep is progressing.
